Kylie Dumontet has been an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist since 2016 and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Kylie completed her clinical training and research thesis as part of the Master of Clinical Psychology Program at Central Queensland University, graduating with Distinction.
Kylie is currently completing a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of New South Wales and is on study leave until January 2026 and will be available for both treatment and assessment services for clients presenting with a range of psychological and neurological conditions.
Kylie has worked with individuals and families for over twenty years across government and private sectors in metropolitan, rural and remote areas of Queensland. Kylie’s early career involved working with the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services, where she held various professional and leadership roles. This work encouraged her to obtain further clinical endorsement and specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of complex psychological and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Kylie has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice for almost a decade, supporting individuals across the lifespan towards their therapeutic goals. Kylie’s clinical assessments and reports are comprehensive and well respected among the professional community and disability sector, and she has helped countless individuals access vital supports and services.
Kylie offers a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, EMDR and Family Centred Therapy. She has a warm and nurturing therapeutic approach which is grounded in a high level of clinical expertise and professionalism. Kylie believes in meeting clients where they are, and providing individualised therapy through flexible and integrated practice that aligns with client values.
Kylie is on study leave completing her Master in Clinical Neuropsychology and will be returning full time to Sure Psychology in January 2026 and will be available for both treatment and assessment services for clients presenting with a range of psychological and neurological conditions.
